Destination information is checked against official public land, park, wildlife, and monitoring sources. Each card links to its source and verification date. Published access information is not a field inspection. Check current closures, fees, permits, and posted rules before a visit.

The water recreation layer distinguishes designated swimming from boating and scenic water access. A boat ramp is not a swimming area. DWR fishing and boat access sites prohibit swimming. River conditions are observations, not a safety assessment.

USGS readings are provisional and shown with their own timestamps. Readings older than six hours are not shown as current. Water temperature appears only where reported. Gauge height is the height at a station, not river-wide water depth. No readings are estimated.

Shane’s Adventures markers may show approximate filming areas. They do not establish public access. Hunting and private-property locations are generalized or omitted. Read the catalog audit.
